Marinating fish in miso in particular evolved over time to become a classic of Japanese seafood cuisine. 'Saikyo Yaki,' which means cooking in the Kyoto style ('Saikyo' referring to Kyoto's location west of Tokyo), involves marinating fish in a special Kyoto miso before cooking.

Our chefs have revitalized this dish with a modern twist. We use freshly-caught large Alaskan black cod, a blend of different misos, and premium sake, paying careful attention to the marination process. Prepared by our expert chef from MASA, each pack is vacuum-sealed, enabling you to easily create a gourmet, Michelin-starred quality meal at home.
